Sono aperte dal 8 al 28 agosto le iscrizioni alle attività extrascolastiche a Scuola per l’Europa.
Dopo aver raccolto le preferenze espresse dalle famiglie nella fase di pre-iscrizione, presentiamo la programmazione settimanale delle attività.

ATTIVITÀ EXTRASCOLASTICHE PER SCUOLA PRIMARIA
Per quanto riguarda la Scuola Primaria, le attività laboratoriali che hanno riscosso maggior interesse nella preiscrizione sono state impostate su un numero di moduli settimanali adeguato a soddisfare tutte le richieste.
I moduli sono stati divisi per fascia d’età in modo da poter creare gruppi omogenei per interessi e competenze e poter impostare attività realmente alla portata di tutti i partecipanti.
DESCRIZIONE DELLE ATTIVITÀ LABORATORIALI PROPOSTE
I laboratori saranno progettati e condotti da formatori, con comprovata competenza tecnica ed esperienza nel lavoro con i bambini. Le attività rivolte alla Scuola dell’Infanzia vedranno la compresenza di un tecnico esperto e di un educatore in modo da garantire un setting adeguato all’età dei partecipanti.
La Ludoteca sarà uno spazio gestito da figure educative che coinvolgeranno i bambini in attività ludiche-ricreative e li affiancheranno nello svolgimento dei compiti scolastici.

SPAZIO COLLOQUIO per le FAMIGLIE
La cooperativa mette a disposizione un momento dedicato al colloquio tra le famiglie e l’educatrice referente del progetto. Una mattina a settimana, previo appuntamento, chi fosse interessato può contattare la referente dott.ssa Morena Trivelloni per aggiornamenti, scambio e confronto su eventuali questioni emerse, per domande o necessità di informazioni.
Tale strumento ha l’obiettivo di rendere proficua la relazione con le famiglie, in modo da scambiarsi reciprocamente feedback e spunti. Abbiamo fatto questa scelta perchè spesso durante i pomeriggi quando i genitori ritirano i propri figli non c’è il tempo/spazio adeguato per una comunicazione efficace (perchè a volte le famiglie hanno altri impegni e hanno fretta, perchè gli educatori devono prestare attenzione al gruppo dei bambini…..): un momento ad hoc garantisce un setting più idoneo.
Seguirà ulteriore comunicazione circa il giorno e l’orario dedicati a questa attività.
SIMULATORE DELLA QUOTA
Mettiamo a disposizione un simulatore in Excel che calcola la cifra totale da corrispondere: inserendo una X nelle attività che vi interessano all’interno del calendario settimanale, il simulatore calcolerà in automatico la cifra trimestrale e annuale. In questo modo, potreste provare anche diverse combinazioni di attività per scegliere in modo più consapevole tra i diversi laboratori proposti.
Le iscrizioni potranno essere effettuate dal 8 agosto al 28 agosto in modalità online su questo sito, compilando il Google Form che trovate qui sotto.
TEMPI E MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE
L’iscrizione potrà essere effettuata a cadenza trimestrale, con pagamento anticipato, rinnovando o modificando le opzioni tra le proposte laboratoriali espresse nel periodo precedente, oppure per l’intero anno scolastico.
In caso di iscrizione annuale è previsto uno sconto del 10% e sarà possibile concordare il pagamento della quota in tre rate.
PAGAMENTI
L’iscrizione sarà finalizzata tramite il pagamento della quota che dovrà avvenire con bonifico bancario entro giovedì 1 settembre 2022. L’IBAN sarà riportato nella mail di conferma di avvenuta iscrizione, che riceverete dopo aver compilato il form.

ENROLMENT TO THE SCHOOL FOR EUROPE EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The enrolment to the School for Europe extracurricular activities is open from 8th to 28th August 2022.
After collecting the families’ preferences in the pre-enrolment phase, find here please the weekly planning of the activities.
NURSERY EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
PRIMARY SCHOOL EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
As regards the Primary School, the lab activities winning the greater interest in the pre-enrolment phase have been scheduled in an appropriate number of weekly modules to meet all requests.
The modules have been split by age class in order to create equal groups in interests and skills and to set up activities suitable to all participants.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED LAB ACTIVITIES
The labs are designed and conducted by experienced trainers expert both in technical and pedagogical work with children. The activities addressed to the Nursery will involve the co-presence of an expert technician and an educator in order to guarantee a setting appropriate to the participants’ age.
The Playroom is a space managed by educators who will engage the children in playful-recreational activities and will flank them in their homework tasks.

PARENT-EDUCATOR MEETINGS
The Cooperative is available to fix parents/families ad-hoc meetings with the educator in charge of the project. One morning every week, the interested parties can book a meeting with the contact person Ms. Morena Trivelloni in order to have an update, exchange and confrontation on any issue that may emerge, question or request for information.
These meetings aim to start a profitable relationship with families in order to have a constant exchange of feedbacks and ideas. We opted for this solution because when parents pick up their kids in the afternoon there is often no proper time/space for any effective communication (sometimes families have other commitments and are in a hurry and the educators need paying attention to the group of children…): an ad-hoc moment guarantees a more appropriate environment.
Another notice will follow with day and time of the activity.
AMOUNT SIMULATOR
We created and put at your disposal an Excel simulator to calculate the total amount due. Tick an X on the activities you are interested in in the weekly calendar; the simulator will automatically calculate the quarter and yearly amount. In this way, you can also try different combinations of activities to choose the different labs proposed with greater awareness.
Enter an x in the corresponding cell to select the activity. If you register 2 or more children, put an x in the cell where you find written "Inserisci qui una x se iscrivi 2 figli". You will get the amount for each child for the periods shown and for the annual registration with a 10% discount.
DEADLINES AND ENROLMENT
The enrolment can be completed from August 8th to August 28th online through this website by filling the Google Form you find here below.
The enrolment will be finalised by paying the selected lab(s) in advance, confirming or modifying the selection submitted in the previous period, every quarter or for the whole school year.
In case of yearly enrolment a 10% discount will be applied and it will be possible to pay the amount due in three instalments.
PAYMENT
The enrolment will be completed by paying the amount due by bank transfer no later than Thursday September 1st 2022. The IBAN will be provided in the email confirming your enrolment you will receive after filling in the form.
